We've just had the pleasure today of working with the MET removals team and they were absolutely fantastic!
I spoke to Michael on the phone last week, within 1-2 days they fitted me in at very late notice for the site visit and booked the removals for the day I requested. He was contactable before the move, very accommodating and friendly for the start.
On the day I received a call letting me know the team were on the way. They worked from 0900-1700 with basically no breaks or lunch ( so we bought them pizza at the end of their very long day to say thank you!) Troy, Adam and Harrison were the kindest removals men I've met! They were so gentle, understanding, patient and looked after all of my belongings so well. They honestly made what could have been a very stressful day, pretty relaxed! It was such a pleasure to have met them all. They were very flexible, they went out of their way to help ( and even do extra jobs like moving a bed from one floor to another- which was staying in the house, they moved boxes from one room to another). I feel very blessed that I was given this recommendation! I will recommend MET to anyone 🙂 thank you all so much. 😊

I honestly can’t thank the team enough. They managed to fit me in with less than 24 hours notice and made the whole office move so easy and stress-free. The two gentlemen that arrived were very polite and fun. As people I couldn’t fault them they were great individuals. This is our experience and we are sharing that for information purpose.
They arrived 2 hours after the agreed start time. We were given a reason for the delay. We wasn’t in a chain so didn’t have a huge impact but had we been, that would have been a very stressful start to the day. When the loading was taking place, a side draw fell from the van onto the floor (one of the men said did you see that, it just missed my head) and glass top from a cabinet fell onto the floor. Neither broke but it made us very nervous indeed. When it was time to unload, we found 2 cracks in either corner of our TV which we did point out, to be told they don’t know how that happened as they didn’t drop the TV. We tested the TV whilst they were here and the response was, at least it’s working. We have also noticed fair bit of damage our furniture as well as walls and doors to our new place. Some of these has scratch marks which are deep. We have spoken to the company post moving. We have been offered 5% compensation but in return I am not to post a negative feedback, we declined as our experience was what our experience was.
Just think no reviews less then 5 stars, is this possible? Are these reviews real? How many negative reviews have been offered some sort of refund in return no negative comments to be published? Also forgot to add I have been blocked from their Facebook account so I am unable to provide feedback on that.
