Survey and fixed-price quote: Video, video call or home visit, your choice. The figure we give you is the figure you pay..
Packing options: Full pack-and-move service, partial pack of fragile items only, or supply of boxes and materials if you’d rather pack yourself.
Furniture dismantling: Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and flat-pack pieces taken apart at the old address and rebuilt at the new one.
Loading and transport: Uniformed crew, trained in handling, with vehicles sized to your move. Goods-in-transit insurance included as standard.
Unloading and placement: Boxes and furniture placed in the room you tell us, not dumped in the hallway.
Storage if you need it: Secure containerised storage if completion dates don’t line up or you’re between properties.

Yes, dismantle and reassemble are included in the standard service. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, flat-pack units, garden furniture. We bring the tools and the team has done it hundreds of times, so a wardrobe doesn’t turn into an evening’s project at the new place.
Yes. Flats and apartments are most of what we do across London. We handle high-rise with lift access, walk-ups, narrow staircases and restricted parking bays. The survey covers the access at both ends so the crew arrives ready, not surprised.
Two to four weeks is the sweet spot for most house moves. We can often do shorter notice, including next-day for smaller jobs, but Fridays and end-of-month dates book up fastest, so the earlier you can lock in a slot the better the price and the wider the choice of crew.
