How our storage works, step by step
Storage with us is fully managed. You do not need to hire a van, lift a single box, or drive across London with a trailer. Here is exactly what happens from the day you call us to the day your things come home.
We survey your items. Free, no pressure. We can do it by video call, a quick walkthrough on WhatsApp, or in person at your home. We measure, count, and tell you exactly how many containers you will need and what it will cost. Fixed price, no surprises.
We collect them. Our team arrives on the agreed day with the right vehicle and the right kit. We work to the timeline that suits you, including weekends and out of hours where it helps.
We pack and protect them. Furniture is wrapped, blanketed, and corner-protected. Fragile items get proper packing materials, not bin bags. Anything that needs dismantling we dismantle, label, and bag the fittings so reassembly is clean.
We move them into storage. Your belongings go into a sealed wooden container that only you have access to. The container is loaded at our facility, logged on our inventory system, and stored in a secure, dry, alarmed warehouse. Nothing is shared, nothing is co-mingled.
We redeliver when you are ready. A quick call or email and we book you in. We bring everything back, reassemble what we dismantled, and put it where you want it. You unpack, we take the empty container away.
Who storage is ideal for

We store what stays in the UK for as long as you need, then ship or redeliver when your plans firm up.
