We can dismantle and re-assemble furniture as this is often required to enable the furniture to leave the property. We offer storage boxes at no extra cost to your quote as well as providing protective equipment to ensure all households items, such as TV’s, mattresses, picture frames and general furniture are in the exact same condition we found them.

Every Pack & Move job includes the lot, no add-ons creeping in at the end:
Full packing or partial packing
Not every move needs the same level of help. Tell us what suits you and we’ll quote accordingly.
Full packing
We pack the entire property for you. Every room, every cupboard, every drawer. Our team usually arrives the day or two before the move so everything is boxed, labelled and ready when the vans turn up. This is the option most people pick when they’re short on time or just don’t want the hassle.
Partial packing
You handle the bits you’re happy doing yourself (clothes, books, kids’ toys) and we take care of the rest. Most customers choose partial packing for the kitchen and the fragile items, then pack their own personal stuff. It works well if you want to save on labour but still hand over the trickiest packing to a pro.
Either option includes the boxes, wrapping and protection listed above. We’re happy to walk through the property on the survey and tell you which rooms are worth handing over and which you can DIY.

Busy families: Two working parents, school runs, kids’ activities, and there’s no time left for packing on top. We handle the lot so the family carries on as normal until the day of the move.
Elderly customers: Lifting heavy boxes and reaching into top cupboards isn’t something everyone can or should be doing. Our team takes the physical side off your hands and works at a pace that suits you.
Office moves Out-of-hours packing and loading so the business carries on, plus IT and equipment packed properly so nothing turns up damaged on Monday morning.

What our pack and move customers tell us

Yes. If your new place isn’t ready, we can pack the property, transport everything to our secure storage and hold it for as long as you need (short term or long term, from £25/week). When you’re ready to move in we’ll deliver it back and unpack at the other end. Useful for delayed completions, refurbishments and phased moves.
Yes. Unpacking is part of the Pack & Move service if you’d like it included. We’ll unbox into the rooms you tell us, take all the packing materials away with us, and leave the place ready to live in. If you only want partial unpacking, say, the kitchen and the wardrobes, that’s fine too.
Yes. That’s one of the most common partial-packing requests we get. Our team can come in and handle just the kitchen, the glassware, the electronics, the artwork, the mirrors, whatever you’d rather not pack yourself, and leave the rest to you. Tell us during the survey which rooms or items you’d like covered and we’ll quote accordingly.
Yes, boxes are included in your quote. We bring strong, double-walled boxes in a range of sizes and as many as you need. If you’ve ordered the full Pack & Move service we’ll bring them on the day of packing; if you’d rather pack yourself, we can drop boxes off in advance. We also collect the empties after the move at no extra charge.
