I had a really good experience with Met Removals. The team arrived cheerful and ready to go, and they worked quickly and carefully. They loaded the van in about 15 minutes and unloaded just as fast, but it never felt rushed. Everything was handled with care and nothing got broken.
They asked helpful questions, checked I was happy with where things were going and kept the whole move feeling calm and organised. Michael was also very responsive throughout the booking, which made things simple from the start. They did a great job and I would happily recommend them.

Michael and the team did a great job with our removal and picked up the boxes a few days later. The crew was kind, hardworking and took deep care with our belongings. They were also very patient with my 3 year old, our two cats and newborn. This could’ve been incredibly stressful but they made it so much easier. Thanks guys. Highly recommend.

I moved from London to Suffolk in October 2025 and overall it was a very good experience with Met Removals. The team were careful, organised, and the move itself went smoothly.
In a house full of furniture and belongings, only one item was damaged – a table that suffered a break to one of its legs. Even with the most careful removal team, these things can occasionally happen.
What really impressed me was how it was handled. Michael from Met Removals immediately suggested that I arrange a professional repair. Once I shared the quote, he confirmed he would settle the invoice, and that is exactly what he did.
It would be easy to write a review saying that nothing went wrong. When you trust a company with all of your belongings, of course you hope that everything will be perfect. The real test of good service, however, is how a company responds when something does go wrong. In this case, Met Removals dealt with it quickly, fairly, and without hesitation.
I would happily recommend them to anyone planning a house move. ✨️

Highly recommend MET for their house removal service. They just moved us from a flat to a house on completion day.
Very friendly and professional service from initial contact through to video quote and very efficient moving.
Was dreading the day but they made it pain free, quick and very stress free.

Had a great experience using MET removals for moving house. The team arrived on time and ready to go. I really enjoyed their upbeat attitude especially as moving can be stressful. They put us at ease immediately. We knew we were in good hands. They were careful and efficient loading up and unloading our home. I appreciated the communication before the move with Michael, being able to add or change things as can happen with moves. This was my 3rd house move in my lifetime, and was the most stressful, anything that could go wrong did go wrong. The guys from MET Removals were the only saving grace. They were very professional, always in contact to answer any questions. They knew what they were doing and I couldn't believe how quickly they managed to fill 3 vans with my belongings. Their rates are very reasonable and I would happily recommend them to anyone planning to move house. Best of all they were a great bunch of guys, happy and chatty. My time in their company flew by.

We've just had the pleasure today of working with the MET removals team and they were absolutely fantastic!
I spoke to Michael on the phone last week, within 1-2 days they fitted me in at very late notice for the site visit and booked the removals for the day I requested. He was contactable before the move, very accommodating and friendly for the start.
On the day I received a call letting me know the team were on the way. They worked from 0900-1700 with basically no breaks or lunch ( so we bought them pizza at the end of their very long day to say thank you!) Troy, Adam and Harrison were the kindest removals men I've met! They were so gentle, understanding, patient and looked after all of my belongings so well. They honestly made what could have been a very stressful day, pretty relaxed! It was such a pleasure to have met them all. They were very flexible, they went out of their way to help ( and even do extra jobs like moving a bed from one floor to another- which was staying in the house, they moved boxes from one room to another). I feel very blessed that I was given this recommendation! I will recommend MET to anyone 🙂 thank you all so much. 😊

I honestly can’t thank the team enough. They managed to fit me in with less than 24 hours notice and made the whole office move so easy and stress-free. They came over around 9 in the morning, had everything ready to go, and before we knew it, the van was packed and ready to go to our new office space. The two gentlemen that arrived were very polite and fun. As people I couldn’t fault them they were great individuals. This is our experience and we are sharing that for information purpose.
They arrived 2 hours after the agreed start time. We were given a reason for the delay. We wasn’t in a chain so didn’t have a huge impact but had we been, that would have been a very stressful start to the day. When the loading was taking place, a side draw fell from the van onto the floor (one of the men said did you see that, it just missed my head) and glass top from a cabinet fell onto the floor. Neither broke but it made us very nervous indeed. When it was time to unload, we found 2 cracks in either corner of our TV which we did point out, to be told they don’t know how that happened as they didn’t drop the TV. We tested the TV whilst they were here and the response was, at least it’s working. We have also noticed fair bit of damage our furniture as well as walls and doors to our new place. Some of these has scratch marks which are deep. We have spoken to the company post moving. We have been offered 5% compensation but in return I am not to post a negative feedback, we declined as our experience was what our experience was.
Just think no reviews less then 5 stars, is this possible? Are these reviews real? How many negative reviews have been offered some sort of refund in return no negative comments to be published?
